We want to provide a positive update regarding our efforts to resolve the intermittent outage "/Error/Error" issue - As reported in the previous update on September 19th, the team had deployed changes to how the Hive9 application manages User Sessions and Cached Data. Since this deployment, we have been monitoring the Application instances for any recurrence and none have been flagged or reported - over the last 2 weeks.
The User Cached Data and Session management as was implemented for a custom API deployment for Hive9 was causing the intermittent issue. As per our fix on September 19th, this has been modified which in turn has resulted in no recurrence for the "/Error/Error" issue ever since.
