We would like to share our latest update on the Hive9 "error/error" issue with our customers.
As part of our ongoing investigation regarding the intermittent outage issue in Hive9, the team, informed by additional logs - has deployed a code fix Sep 19 which primarily affects how the Hive9 application manages User Sessions and Cached Data.
These changes are not going to have any effect on how users currently interact with and work in the application. We will be monitoring the application over the next week to see if the issue comes up for any user.
Our team is committed to ensuring a permanent resolution for this issue and will continue to keep you updated.
